Any Patient Cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment can only be rebooked and the deposit transferred. This can only be done once with any further cancellations resulting in the deposit being lost.

Any Patient Cancellations 7 days prior to the appointment can be rebooked or deposit fully refunded.

Any Patient Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in the deposit being lost.

 

Should we cancel your appointment you have the option for a full refund of deposit or rebooking of appointment.

 

Please contact us as soon as you know of appointment changes either via email or phone so we can accommodate you for future appointments.
