To Botox or Not to Botox

Have you always wondered if you were to ever have Botox done how long is it going to last? Is it worth the actual investment?

Now, this question all around is going to be answered right now. Stay tuned

Having Botox prior to actually understanding the rationale for it not my clients!!. Many people think that you are supposed to have Botox just to stop the lines when you act surprised or the lines when you frowned from appearing, but to me, I have actually found that the reason for having Botox Isn't that that movement of your forehead is unsightly or doesn't look nice that's far from it. I love my ability to express myself with my brows, with my face, with my smile and I don't want that to stop so I do want my eyebrows to move and I do want my cheeks ann my eyes to twinkle when I smile.

But what I don't want is the lasting depression that is left in my skin. The classic one is called the 11s, now this develops when you frown continuously now frowning could be conscious or unconscious. The conscious is your children piss you off so you frown.... the unconscious is, you are studying really hard at your computer or there's a glare and you're outside, these are all frowning actions and what they leave back is a depression in the skin that is noticeable at rest when you're doing nothing.

Now having this depression within the skin of the forehead, either from frowning or from raising your browse continuously and smiling, you know basically living your life, these lines that have settled into the skin. These are the ones that are aging and these are the ones that I am here to get rid of.

So therefore, is it worth investing and my answer is yes once you hit your 20s, mid 20s, early 30s, your collagen and elastin production reduces massively and then you hit the perimenopausal and your oestrogen levels which are responsible as well for helping you produce these collagen and elastin is depleted. Then we have these lines that are forming in our face and. these lines equal to us looking older. These lines equal to us having our make up cracking, and these lines also lead to us having an RBF even when we're not frowning, that's just how our face has settled.

So when you have Botox or Antiwrinkle treatments to stop or reduce the movement within these muscles, these lines, no longer form or the lines that have formed over time tend to relax and are less visible. Now my aim is not to stop you from expressing your anger towards your kids by frowning. We will still leave some movement within the brows, so you could express yourself, but not enough that we are creating more lines.

The longevity of this by manufacturers guidance and even standard studies stay that it is 12 weeks maximum. I have found that with adjusting the dosage and having your toxins regularly and definitely injected into the right muscle group. You will have a longer lasting result so your investment, which might seem like four times a year could potentially be reduced to 2 to 3 times a year.

So to me, I think it's a win-win all around definitely worth investing
